Preparation method Slice the red onion Dice the tomato Beat the eggs Deshell the prawns
Cooking Steps Stir-fry onions in 3 tbsp of oil until fragrant. Add in eggs and fry for 2 mins. Add prawns fry for 3 mins. Add in tomato, chye sim, diced potatoes and Hai's Instant Mee Goreng Paste and fry until vegetables have softened. Add in yellow noodles with beansprouts. Fry and mix well and it is ready to serve.
