1 packet of Hai’s Asia Joy Spicy Fried Clams Paste
300g fresh clams
½ tbsp cooking oil
1pc chinese celery
Wash clams and set aside.
Cut Chinese celery into sections.
Finely chop the garlic.
Add garlic to heated oil and fry till fragrant
Add Hai’s Asia Joy Spicy Fried Clams Paste to fry
Add clams and water to simmer for 2 mins
Add Chinese celery to stir fry and it is ready to serve
