Preparation ingredients
1 packet of Hai’s Asia Joy Japanese Curry Paste
50g white onion
50g potatoes
50g carrots
200g chicken thigh meat
300ml water
1 tbsp cooking oil

Preparation method
Cut chicken meat into bite sized pieces
Cut the carrot, onion and potato into cubes

Cooking Steps
Add in onion, potatoes, carrots into heated oil and stir fry for 1 minute
Add in chicken thigh meat and Hai’s Asia Joy Japanese Curry Paste
Stir fry till fragrant.
Add in water and simmer for 20 minutes and it is ready to serve
