Ingredients:
Palm Oil, Onion, Peanut, Chilli, Sugar, Lemongrass, Tomato, Garlic, Galangal, Thickener (E1422), Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt), Salt, and Turmeric.

Allergens:
contains Peanut, Crustacean and their derivatives. It is manufactured in a factory that also processes Soy, Wheat(Gluten), Fish Product, Tree Nut, Sesame, Egg, Celery, Milk and Mustard Seed.


Preparation

Preparation Method 150g:
Wash and cut 600 - 800g of crab into pieces and set aside. Add in 1 packet of Hai’s Singapore Chilli Crab Paste,30g of chopped garlic and stir-fry for 1 – 2 mins. Add 300ml water (200ml for other seafood), 60 - 80g ketchup, mix well and bring to boil. Add in crab, mix well, cover wok and simmer for 10 – 15 mins. Add in 1 beaten egg, stir gently and it is ready to serve.
 

Preparation Method 120g:
Wash and cut 400 - 600g of crab into pieces. Add in 1 packet of Hai’s Singapore Chilli Crab Paste, 15g of chopped garlic and stir-fry for 1 – 2 mins. Add 200ml water (150ml for other seafood), 40 - 60g ketchup, mix well and bring to boil. Add in crab, mix well, cover wok and simmer for 10 – 15 mins. Add in 1 beaten egg, stir gently and it is ready to serve.
