Preparation Ingredients:
1 box of Hai's Singapore Curry Chicken sauce kit. Includes : 1 sachet of Hai's curry chicken paste, 1 sachet of coconut milk powder (mix with 200ml water to become coconut milk). 800g chicken meat (Parboil, drain dry and set aside) 300g potatoes (Remove skin and cut into chunks) 500ml water

Preparation Method:
In a pot, add in Hai's curry paste, water, potato and chicken meat and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes. Add in coconut milk, stir until boiled to serve.
