Chilli Crab Paste: Big Onion, Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil), Shallot, Chilli, Shrimp Paste, Garlic, Lemongrass, Sugar, Candlenut, Monosodium Glutamate, Galangal, Salt, Turmeric, Vinegar Corn starch: Cornstarch Powder Chilli Powder: Ground Chilli



Preparation Ingredients:
1. 1 box of Hai's Singapore Chilli Crab sauce kit includes:
1 sachet of Hai's Chilli Crab Paste, 1 sachet of cornstarch, 1 sachet of chilli powder
2. 2 crabs, approx, 600-800g (washed clean and chopped into pieces)
3.600ml water
4. 250g tomato sauce
5. 1 egg (beaten)
6. 1 tablespoon sugar (Approx,25 g)
7. Spring onion (diced)
8. Coriander (appropriate amount)

Preparation Method:
Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a heated wok and stir fry the crab for 1 minute. Add water, sugar and 1 sachet of Hai’s chilli crab paste and bring to boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 15 minutes. Add corn starch water (mix corn starch powder to 5 tablespoons of water) and mix well. Add in spring onions and beaten egg, stir and mix well. Sprinkle some coriander and serve.
