Ingredients:
Water, Salt, Pepper, Chicken Seasoning Powder [Maltodextrin, Salt, Sugar, Corn Flour, Chicken Meat and Fat, Permitted Flavouring (Contain Egg), Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Spices, Flavour Enhancer (635), Soy Sauce, Celery], Flavour Enhancer (621), Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Wheat Flour, Salt), Thickener (1422)

Allergens:
Contains Wheat (Gluten), Egg, Soy, Celery and their derivatives. Manufactured in a factory that also processes Crustacean, Fish Product, Tree Nut, Peanut, Sesame, Milk and Mustard Seed.

 

Preparation

Preparation Method 120g:
Blanch 1kg of meat, cut into pieces and set aside. Add 1 packet of Hai’s Singapore White Pepper Soup Paste (Bak Kut Teh) and 20 garlic cloves into 2 - 2.5L of boiling water and boil for 5 mins. Add meat and continue to boil for another 15 mins or till desired tenderness and it is ready to serve.
 

Preparation Method 70g:
Blanch 600g of meat, cut into pieces and set aside. Add 1 packet of Hai’s Singapore White Pepper Soup Paste (Bak Kut Teh) and 15 garlic cloves into 1.2 - 1.5L of boiling water and boil for 5 mins. Add meat and continue to boil for another 15 mins or till desired tenderness and it is ready to serve.
