Preparation

Preparation Method 200g:
Wash and remove heads from 400g of fresh prawns. Stir fry prawn heads in a soup pot with one tablespoon of oil till fragrant. Add 1 Packet of Hai's Prawn Noodle Paste and 1 – 1.2L of boiling water into the pot. Cook for 15 minutes in medium fire. Sieve prawn heads out of the pot Cook prawns in the boiling soup, de-shell and set aside. Pour gravy over cooked yellow noodles, beansprouts, vegetables and prawns and it is ready to serve.
 

Preparation Method 100g:
Wash and remove heads from 200g of fresh prawns. Stir fry prawn heads in a soup pot with one tablespoon of oil till fragrant. Add 1 Packet of Hai's Prawn Noodle Paste and 500 - 600ml of boiling water into the pot. Cook for 15 minutes in medium fire. Sieve prawn heads out of the pot Cook prawns in the boiling soup, de-shell and set aside. Pour gravy over cooked yellow noodles, beansprouts, vegetables and prawns and it is ready to serve.
