Ingredients:
Garlic, Chicken Seasoning Powder [Maltodextrin, Salt, Sugar, Corn Flour, Chicken Meat and Fat, Permitted Flavouring (Contain Egg), Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Spices, Flavour Enhancer (E635), Soya Sauce, Celery], Onion, Ginger, Soya Bean Oil, Lemongrass, Galangal, Salt.

Allergens:
Contains Wheat(Gluten), Egg, Soy, Celery and their derivatives. Manufactured in a factory that also processes Crustacean, Fish Product, Tree Nut, Peanut, Sesame, Milk and Mustard Seed.


Preparation

Preparation Method 70g:
Rinse 350g of rice, drain well and add into rice cooker. Add Hai’s Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste, and 350ml of water into rice cooker and mix well. Add pandan leaves (optional), 800g chicken meat and cook rice. Once cooked, remove pandan leaves and chicken. Slice chicken and serve with rice.
 

Preparation Method 100g:
Rinse 250g of rice, drain well and add into rice cooker. Add Hai’s Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste, and 250ml of water into rice cooker and mix well. Add pandan leaves (optional), 400g chicken meat and cook rice. Once cooked, remove pandan leaves and chicken. Slice chicken and serve with rice.
