Everyone's fabourite Malay Longtong is now so easy to prepare

Shallot. Garlic ,Lemongrass, Chilli, Vegetable Oil, (Palm Oil), Turmeric, Dried Shrimp, Galangal , Sugar, Salt, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp,salt)
1 packets (230g) Hai's Instant Lontong Paste
250ml coconut milk
800 ml water
150g shreded coconut (fry till fragrant)
Turnip , long beans, cabbage, carrots(amount as desired)
Deep-fried firm bean curd (cut into triangular halves)
Hard boiled eggs
1. Heat up pot and stir-fry 1packet of Hai's Instant Lontong Paste till fragrant.
2. Add in vegetables and fry for a short while.
3. Add water and after bringing mixture to boil, add coconut milk and simmer with low heat for approximately 20 minutes before serving.
