Preparation Ingredients:
1 packet of Asia Joy Spicy Fried Clams Paste, 300g fresh clams, 1/2 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tbsp garlic, 40ml water, 1 pc celery (diced). (Seafood can be changed as desired)

Preparation Method:
Wash clams and set aside. Heat wok and add cooking oil and garlic and fry till fragrant. Add in Asia Joy Spicy Fried Clams Paste to fry. Add in clams and water to simmer for 2 mins or till the clams open up. Add in celery to stir fry and it is ready to serve.
