Hai's XO Sambal with Scallops and Asparagus

Preparation ingredients
80g of Hai’s XO Sambal Sauce, 300g scallops, 100g asparagus, 30g carrot, 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp water

Preparation method
Blanch scallops, asparagus and carrot in hot water and set aside for later use. Add garlic in cooking to fry, add in Hai’s XO Sambal Sauce and water and fry till fragrant. Add in the rest of the ingredients to fry and it is ready to serve.
