Preparation ingredients
1 packet of Hai's Instant Assam Fish Paste
400~500g fish meat
1 red onion
3 dried chilli
300ml of water
Garnish - cucumber strips, onion strips

Preparation method
Cut onion into wedges
Cut dried chilli into sections

Cooking Steps
Fry onion wedges and dried chilli in heated oil until fragrant.
Add in Hai's Instant Assam Fish Paste, water and bring to boil
Add in fish and simmer with low heat till fish is cooked and it is ready to serve
Garnish with cucumber and onion strips when serving
